Unicorn XSLT processor implements XSL Transformations (XSLT) Version 1.0.
The product supports the following sets of XSLT extensions invented by our company:
Report generation extensions implement functionality that is usually provided by traditional report generation tools.
Text input extensions implement processing of source data represented in text format.
Functionality that is not directly supported by XSLT may be implemented using ECMAScript. The ECMAScript interpreter is an intergated part of the product.
The Database Edition extends functionality provided by the Standard Edition of Unicorn XSLT Processor. It implements a set of XSLT extension elements and functions, which provide access to the data stored in relational databases. Using the database access extensions, XSLT stylesheets may implement various data transformation algorithms that involve data stored in XML documents and in relational databases.
The product is written in C++ and runs on Windows NT/2000 as a command-line tool.
